Anodizing process is to use the principle of oxidation using electrolytic solution to anodize the surface of aluminum coil to form a thin layer of aluminum anodize protective layer. The anodize film can have its own color, corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance and other functions. Aluminum anodizing can be divided into two types: barrier type and porous type. The dense barrier type anodize film can be obtained by anodizing in nearly neutral electrolyte. The porous oxide film with very high surface hardness can be obtained by oxidation in acidic or alkaline electrolyte. Our products generally belong to porous oxide film.
